At El Potrero Chico Guides, we offer more than just guided climbs. Our Climbing Classes provide personalized instruction to teach you the skills you need to scale new heights. Our expert guides specialize in multi-pitch climbing techniques and are dedicated to helping you achieve your goals. Join us for an unforgettable adventure!
Classes are $180 usd with two participants, and $150 usd with three or more people.
If we cannot find another participant the private price is $360 usd for a class. You can either cancel or pay the private rate.

Our Introduction to Self Rescue course focuses on teaching climbers the basic self-rescue skills they need to tackle the most likely scenarios they may face while climbing. We prioritize lost belay devices, ropes not reaching rappel stations, and stuck ropes, among others. Our experienced instructors will guide you through each exercise, ensuring you come away with more knowledge and skills you need to climb safely and confidently. This is the perfect to add on as a second day to our multi-pitch climbing skills class.
