Yankee Clipper 5.10 1,400 15 pitches

 

 

Yankee Clipper is a great long moderate route.  If you do not climb the last 5.12 pitch it is 14 pitches of 5.10 and under climbing.  It is the longest route of it's grade in El Potrero Chico.  Start early and be ready for lots of rappeling.  There are only three pitches of 5.10 if you climb to the ledge of pitch 13 where many people stop and the summit register is.
