Quinta Santa Barbara

This is one of the larger houses available for rent in Potrero and it is very close to the canyon. There are two bedrooms one with a Queen bed and one with two twin beds. There is a billiard room for relaxing and playing pool after climbing. More mattresses can be added upon request. Price for the main house is $110 usd a night
There is also a small apartment available downstairs for up to four people. It has hot showers and WIFI. It has a stove for cooking available outside in the palapa. $60 a night.
Homero's Ranch

Homer's Ranch the original since 1987. House for rent either as single rooms or entire house. There are three single rooms with a full bed and a twin bed each. Shared kitchen with fireplace and shared bathrooms with showers with hot water, WIFI
One room with a King size bed and a single bed, full bathroom, fireplace, Kitchen.
Cottage for rent for up to three people. Two twin beds and a full size sofa bed. Small kitchen with a mini fridge, bathrooms and showers are outside.
Camping is also available with a large kitchen, bathrooms with showers, and WIFI.
Lemuria

These more luxurious rooms were just built recently. Right at the entrance of the canyon it is hard to get closer to the climbing. This hotel has a focus on security with many cameras on the property and 24 hour security. The rooms have a balcony looking into the canyon. They also offer four wheeler tours, Jeep tours, horse rides and bike rentals. All rooms are equipped with flat screen tvs, and mini refrigerators. They have single rooms with one King size bed for $60 and double rooms with two Full beds for $90.
El Mezquite
Offering: Private land, BBQ area, beds for three people, running water, electric stove.
This affordable option gives you your own private land with an RV and BBQ area to get your party on in El Potrero Chico. At $20 a night it is less expensive then camping if there are four people!
It is also available for monthly rentals at $400 USD a month. There is an electric shower that you use at your own risk.
Casa Cisneros
Offering: Full House, Two Bedrooms, Air Conditioning and heat
This larger house has a large common area, as well as a full kitchen. There are two bedrooms, one with queen bed and the other with two individual beds. This house is only five minutes walking to the canyon. More beds can be arranged by request. The house is $90 a night. For reservations of more then 5 days receive a free Carne Asada welcome barbecue.
Casa Guiterrez

This smaller house looks straight at the North face of El Toro where Sendero Luminoso the famous difficult lies. The house has one bedroom and a kitchen. It's location is a five minute walk to the canyon on the left side of the road. The bedroom has two individual beds. The price is $70 per night. For reservations of more then 5 days receive a free Carne Asada welcome barbecue.
Casita Temo

This smaller yellow house is a one room open house. There are two queen size beds in the sleeping area. The price is $60 usd a night.

San Jose - Happiness

This brand new property is fully equipped with two bedrooms, a kitchen, hot water, and WIFI. The price is $70 for 1-2 people and $100 for 3-4 people and $15 extra per additional person.

WERO III
Estancia Los Weros

There are two small houses that share an outside patio area. Both houses have two bedrooms and a kitchen and a chimney for burning wood to stay warm on colder nights.
Wero I is a little bit larger and has two bedrooms one with two individual beds and the other bedroom with two queen beds.
Wero II is a little bit smaller but still has two bedrooms and a full kitchen with everything you need to cook. Each bedroom in Wero II has one queen bed.
Prices are $65 for 1-2 people
and $100 for 3-4 people both houses can be equiped to sleep four people.
Wero III this is a brand new small apartment. It has everything you need. A full kitchen, chimney, hot shower, WIFI. It is a one room apartment with a full size bed. It is $45 a night.

Estancia Mi Pueblito

These affordable comfortable rooms include a small kitchen for cooking your own meals, and a pool to relax in after climbing. The location is central to the climbing and other climber hangouts. Prices are $45 dollars for the smaller apartment with two individual beds, $50 for the apartment with a individual bed and a full bed, and $60 for the larger apartments with two full beds. All apartments only have one bedroom.

Rancho El Sendero
Offering: Big House and a little House, Camping area, Rooms, BBQ area,
The little house is $75 a night. It has 1 king size bed, 1 double bed and a bathroom.
The large house is $90 a night and has 2 rooms each with king size beds, dining room, kitchen, chimney, fridge, TV, bathroom, and a coffee machine. Rooms are available for $75 a night.
Quinta La Casita
Offering: Billiard, Palapa, Pool, on site meals
This is a large property a little further down the hill from El Potrero Chico. It is about a ten minute walk from the canyon. It would be great for a large group that wants their own private area. The house needs some love and is not currently full equipped, but the owner will install hot water, and equip the kitchen once there is a reservation. There is one full size bed and a bathroom in the house with no door.
There are also bathrooms outside the house.
Price is $60 a night.
There is a on site care taker of the property. She can provde meals with notice.
El Dorado

You can't get closer the canyon entrance then this. This new apartment is right next to the entrance gate. It is fully furnished and ready. It is a one bedroom open apartment with a full size bed and a sofa bed.
Price is $50 a night

La Posada

La Posada is the central camping and lodging area for El Potrero Chico. The ground are on 4,000 square meters. This allows makes the camping vary spacious. The private houses and rooms are very quaint. The restuarant on the grounds always hits the spot after a big day of climbing. There is also free wireless internet available. More information here:
